Casement Window Security Screens

For windows that swing outward on a hinge. The screen fits inside, so the window still opens as normal.

What it is

A casement window opens outward, so a screen cannot sit on the outside. A casement security screen fits on the inside of the window instead.

The screen is hinged. You open it to reach the window handle, wind the window out, then close and lock the screen.

Good for

  • Outward-opening casement windows.
  • Awning windows that push out from the bottom.
  • Rooms where you want the window open at night.

How it is built

One action locks every point.

  • 316 marine-grade stainless steel mesh, woven and powder coated. It will not rust or warp.
  • A patented clamp grips the mesh inside a heavy-duty aluminum frame (per Majestec).
  • Fits on the inside of outswing windows (per Majestec).
  • A multi-point lock: a single action engages or releases every locking point (per Majestec).
  • Can be hinged to open from the left or the right (per Majestec).

Common questions

Do you have photos of a casement job?

Not on the site yet. Ask Roman about similar jobs he has done.

Will the screen get in the way of my blinds?

Because the screen sits inside the window, Roman will check the space for blinds and handles when he measures.

What colors can I have?

Majestec lists nine standard frame colors plus custom colors. Ask Roman which colors are available for your screens.

How do I get a price?

Every opening is a different size, so we quote after measuring. The quote is free. Call or text (424) 352-1723, or send a request.

Want a price for yours?

Call or text Roman. He measures up and quotes for free.
